csw global michiganThe dynamics within a student population are often similar to those in a conventional workforce. However, academic environments provide a unique opportunity for frank discussion and intense examination. Students can study issues that emerge on campus while also preparing for leadership challenges they will encounter in the years after graduation.

Our service to you will ensure students, faculty and/or staff:

  • A broad level of awareness on key diversity and inclusion issues as they exist in all parts of a corporation and an academic institution from the classroom to the administrative offices.
  • Preparation of students to effectively investigate diversity issues in the workplace and become future global leaders.
  • Models of appropriate and inappropriate behavior both on campus and in the broader workplace.
  • Ownership and accountability for students as representatives of the institution.
  • Support for an environment of respect and inclusion in the service of learning.
  • Identification of steps the institution can adopt immediately to support the development of a diverse student body.
