COACHING INTERVENTION: When issues are complex, leadership skills are put to the test.
Directed toward senior managers and supervisors, we address leadership competencies in individual sessions on the issues of diversity, workplace harassment, cross-cultural awareness, change management and conflict resolution. Our approach significantly reduces the level of resistance and allows the individual to examine the issues and develop skills within a non-disciplinary environment.

Process:
- We identify the needs through an initial interview that allows us to develop a training design.
- The employee is allowed a forum to describe his/her perceptions and feelings of the situation at work and a trust is established between both parties.
- Though coaching sessions, we ensure that individuals achieve the goals of raising awareness and building competencies.
- A follow-up program can be designed to provide guidance for the individual.
